What is the best craps strategy? Which are the best craps odds?Well there are plenty of strategies and systems for playing craps, but the bottom line is that they don´t alter the house edge in any way shape or form.
The only sensible strategy when playing craps is to weight down the average house edge with your bet selection.
If you make sure that you have a good distribution of bets which is weighted to those bets that have the most favorable odds, you are going to increase your overall chance of winning. Sure- go for some of the riskier bets with the big pay outs. But what we are saying, is on average, stick with the bets that have the lowest house edge.

Pass - 1.4% house edge
Don't Pass - 1.40% house edge
Come - 1.4% house edge
Don't Come - 1.40% house edge
The Worst Bets in Craps
The following bets carry the highest house edge: limit you r exposure to these bets.
The Field - 5.6% house edge
Big 6/Big 8 - 9.1% house edge.
Horn -: 12.5% house edge.
Craps 2/Craps 12 - 13.9% house edge.
Any 7 - 16.7% house edge.
Play the Odds Bet to the Best Bets
This almost wipes out any house edge- play them if you can.
Place Odds bets on Pass/Don't Pass and Come/Don't Come bets after the point has been set. By betting 2X on an Odds bet, you bring the house edge down by 40%, to about 0.6%.
Some simple rules to help you weight your activity to the best craps bets
Go for Pass/Don't Pass bets, and bet the highest Odds bets available.
Go for Come/Don't Come bets with the highest available Odds bets if you are up, and only if you are up.
